At this time, Florida Health Care Plans covers virtual, telemedicine. Give us a call or check with your healthcare provider to confirm your appointment will be covered.

what forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks and cash payments. Co-pays and fees are due at time of service.

Twilight Pediatrics is partnered with iCheckGateway.com to provide you with the option of making a credit/debit card payment. A non-refundable payment fee of 3.5% of the transaction ($2.95 minimum fee) for credit/debit card payments is charged by iCheckGateway.com to cover the processing costs associated with handling credit card and electronic debit payment.

Two separate transactions will appear on your statement: one transaction for your payment and one transaction for the payment fee.

Do you offer sports physicals?

We do! Sports physicals are not covered by insurance at our urgent care facility, but can be done at $45 per physical.

Make sure to let us know when you check-in you’re here for a sports physical and we will take care of you.
